Shipping Information

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: 5–7 business days
  • International Orders: 10–14 business days

Orders are usually shipped on the next business day. Orders placed on Friday through Sunday are typically shipped on Monday, excluding U.S. postal holidays.

We ship using UPS or FedEx, with USPS completing the final delivery for U.S. customers.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery.

Delivery Responsibility

If a package shows as delivered but cannot be found, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the shipping carrier. We cannot replace or refund orders that are confirmed as delivered.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or refused delivery, a refund will be issued after we receive the item, minus shipping costs.

Returns & Refund Policy (Physical Products)

To receive a refund, all bottles must be returned, including any free or bonus bottles—whether they are unopened, partially used, or empty.

Your return package must include a written note with:
